PNHA Strategic Housing, Land Acquisition, and Land Use Plan
Developed through an approximately 18-month planning process, the Plan reflects input from the PNHA Board of Commissioners, Executive Director and staff, Pawnee Nation leadership, residents, Tribal citizens, community partners, technical professionals, and other stakeholders.
The Plan establishes a long-term framework for preserving existing housing, expanding rental and homeownership opportunities, preparing land and infrastructure for future development, strengthening partnerships, and responding to the changing housing needs of Pawnee families, elders, veterans, young people, and future generations.
PNHA extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who shared their time, knowledge, experiences, and ideas throughout the planning process. Your participation helped shape the priorities and strategies that will guide PNHA’s housing and land-use efforts in the years ahead.
The adoption of the Plan marks an important milestone—and the beginning of the next phase of work. PNHA looks forward to continued collaboration with residents, Tribal leadership, funders, and community partners as the Plan moves into implementation.
